Davenport

Davenport is a fast growing city in northeastern Polk County. New development is occurring daily. Davenport is just off of Interstate 4 and provides a quick drive 10 mile drive to Walt Disney World, a 30 mile drive to Orlando and I-95, and a 1 hour drive to Tampa and I-75. The Davenports School of Arts and Heart of Florida Hospital  are also nearby.

Mercedes Homes is now offering Park Ridge, a 60 unit development of single family homes from $170s to $200.

 

Sandy Ridge presented D.R. Horton contains 360 single family homes. The price range is $230s to $310s.

 

Park Square Homes is currently developing Watersong Resort, a community of 294 single family homes from $290s to $460s. Amenities include pool, fitness center, clubhouse, gated.

 

Lennar is building a community called West Haven of single family homes from the $380s. Amenities include tennis courts, pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and gated.
