Zephyrhills is at the intersection of Hwy 54 and Hwy 301. Walt Disney World is about 80 miles away, Clearwater 40 miles and St. Petersburg is about 50 miles. It is about a 15 minute drive to I-75. The beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just about an hours drive away.
Zephyrhills has been having a large amount of growth with new subdisions being built. It is a rural area with gently rolling hills but has easy access to shopping, dining, and medical care. The town has many local mom and pop shops with major retail stores. Downtown especially has the old time Florida feel with a unique shopping experience. A thirty minute drive will get you to several different shopping malls.
Zephyrhills has many different entertainment events throughout the year. Some of those are Halloween on Main Street, Senior Citizen's Day, Auto and Antiques Winterfest, Quarterly Bike Fest and others. Pasco and Hillsborough County also provide other festivals such as Strawberry Festival, Gasparilla Invasion, Church Street Christmas, County and State Fairs, Florida RV Supershows, Home Improvement Shows and more.
